Job Description

As a Business Development Executive atStellites your primary responsibility will be to generate newbusiness opportunities by effectively using the Upwork platform tobid on relevant projects. You will identify potential clients inneed of web development and digital marketing services craftcompelling proposals and negotiate to close deals. Your role willinvolve initiating and maintaining strong relationships withclients understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfactionwith our services. You will be working closely with the deliverymanager and team to ensure the seamless execution of projects.

Responsibilities

  • UtilizeUpwork to identify and bid on projects related to WordPress ShopifySquarespace Wix Webflow SEO and digital marketing.

  • Develop and maintain a strongunderstanding of our solutions/services and competitive advantageto effectively communicate to potential clients.

  • Craft customized proposals thatmeet clients needs and budget requirements emphasizing our valueproposition.

  • Follow upon bids and manage client communications on Upwork to ensure highresponse rates and engagement.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals both on Upwork and outsidethe platform if necessary.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with the teamto ensure smooth project initiation and client handover.

  • Provide feedback from clients tothe relevant teams to help refine services and offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive orsimilar role with a track record of generating leads and closingdeals preferably in the web development and digital marketingindustry.

  • Familiaritywith Upwork and other freelancing platforms with excellent biddingskills.

  • Strongnegotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage andpersuade potential clients.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision aswell as part of a team.

  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills withthe capability to prioritize tasks.

  • Fluent in English both written and spken.

  • Availability to workduring UK business hours.
