We are seeking a dynamic andresult-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team forour International Outbound Process. The ideal candidate shouldpossess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, becomfortable working night shifts, and thrive in a target-drivenenvironment. As a Business Development Executive, you will beresponsible for generating leads, fostering relationships withinternational vendors, and driving sales to meet and exceedtargets.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential international vendorsto generate leads and promote our services/products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients toensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize various channels such as emails, calls, andnetworking platforms to identify and engage potentialclients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set bythe management.
- Collaborate with the salesteam to develop strategies for business expansion and marketpenetration.
- Prepare and present salesproposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, andcompetitor activities to identify opportunities forgrowth.
- Provide regular updates on salesactivities, progress, and challenges to the managementteam.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience ininternational sales or business development roles.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding salestargets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, night shifts, toaccommodate international clients' time zones.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the abilityto influence key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated,ambitious, and goal-oriented individual with a passion forsales.
- Proficient in using CRM software andother sales tools to track leads and manage customerrelationships.
- Prior experience in theoutbound sales process will be an added advantage.
