- Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Real Estate Marketing or relatedfield
- Proven experience in business developmentsales or marketing within the commercial real estateindustry
- Demonstrated track record ofsuccessfully closing deals and achieving salestargets
- Strong understanding of commercial realestate market trends and dynamics
- Exceptionalnegotiation and communication skills
- Ability tobuild and maintain strong clientrelationships
- Strategic thinker with theability to identify and pursue businessopportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software andsales management tools
