  • Develop andimplement business development strategies to maximize opportunitiesin the commercial real estate market
  • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities through market analysis andindustry networking
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with potential and existing clients to understandtheir needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Leadnegotiations for leasing and sales contracts ensuring favorableterms and conditions for thecompany
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto ensure seamless execution of business developmentplans
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis andmarket research to stay updated on industry trends and identifypotential areas for growth
  • Prepare and presentbusiness proposals pitches and presentations to potentialclients
  • Monitor and report on businessdevelopment activities results andforecasts
  • Participate in industry eventsconferences and trade shows to promote the companys commercialspaces
  • Provide regular updates to seniormanagement on market insights and business developmentprogress
  • Contribute to the development ofmarketing materials and campaigns to support business developmentobjectives
  • Collaborate with the marketing andcommunications teams to ensure consistent messaging and brandrepresentation

RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Real Estate Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in business developmentsales or marketing within the commercial real estateindustry
  • Demonstrated track record ofsuccessfully closing deals and achieving salestargets
  • Strong understanding of commercial realestate market trends and dynamics
  • Exceptionalnegotiation and communication skills
  • Ability tobuild and maintain strong clientrelationships
  • Strategic thinker with theability to identify and pursue businessopportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software andsales management tools
  • Analytical mindset withthe ability to interpret market data and identify growthopportunities
