As a pivotal member of tehirteam you will play a crucial role in identifying assessing andexecuting M&A opportunities ensuring our projects thrivefrom conception tocompletion.
Responsibilities:
  • Identifyand pursue strategic merger and acquisition opportunities withinour projectpipeline.
  • Take the lead inconducting due diligence processes evaluating commercialfeasibility and effectively managing associatedrisks.
  • Engage in negotiatingand overseeing contracts with developers promoting collaborationand guaranteeing the success ofprojects.
  • Spearhead theestablishment of codevelopment schemes negotiate agreements andthoroughly assess feasibility to maximize projectoutcomes.
  • Supervise greenfieldprojects cultivate relationships with landowners and adeptlynavigate regulatory processes for seamless projectexecution.
  • Facilitate dialoguewith authorities oversee business proposals and nurture productivepublic/privatepartnerships.
  • Guide and oversee ourItalian team fostering a culture of collaboration and ensuring peakperformance for projectsuccess.
Profile:
  • Hold auniversity degree and possess extensive experience in renewablesand project managementskills.
  • Demonstrate aresultsoriented mindset customer focus and analyticalthinking.
  • Have experiencenegotiating SPA/DSA with developers and expertise in Greenfielddevelopment.
  • Are fluent in bothEnglish and German enabling effective communication in diverseprofessionalsettings.
