Job Description

No. of requirements: 1 for Central Mumbai 1 forWestern Mumbai

Roles andResponsibilities:

  • Responsible for fosterting strong relationshipwith the Developers in assigned micromarkets.

  • Nurture longterm relationship with keystakeholders in Developer house and maintain their contactdatabase

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of projects bycollecting complete project information as per giventemplate

  • Keep updating project information on a weeklybasis

  • Keep track of all new project launches of theassigned Developers/micromarkets and onboard them on the clientplatform

  • Negotiate and extract best brokerage slabs fromthe assigned Developers/micromarket projects

  • Tieup with Developers forClient platform

  • Liaison for timely brokerage payout fromDevelopers

  • Resolve customer lead conflicts withDevelopers

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual target of numberof projects to be onboarded on the client technologyplatform

  • Explain client tech platform features to theDeveloper and devise revenue streams other thanbrokerage

  • Experiencerequired:

  • She/He must have relevant real estate experienceof more than 5 years

  • Must be a selfstarter with prior experience inbusiness development/ key account management

  • Must be articulate andwell accustomed in a client facing role

  • Strong command overwritten & spoken English
