KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop and executestrategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customerbase.
  • Build and maintain strong longlastingcustomer relationships by partnering with them and understandingtheir needs.
  • Identify emerging markets andmarket shifts while being fully aware of new products andcompetition status.
  • Conduct research toidentify new markets and customer needs including attendingconferences meetings and industryevents.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop materials and programs that support business developmentefforts.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecaststracking key metrics to understand the effectiveness of strategiesand identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiatecontracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuringclients needs are met.
  • Provide feedback to theproduct development team on market trends customer needs andproduct feedback to guide the evolution of ourofferings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • 24 years of proven work experience inbusiness development sales or a relevant role preferably in theEdtech industry.
  • Strong communication andnegotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapportand collaborate with clients and teammembers.
  • Solid understanding of the Edtechmarket and its current trends.
  • Proven abilityto drive the sales process from plan toclose.
  • Excellent time management andorganization skills.
  • Proficient in MS Officeand CRMsoftware.
