Business Development Executive Edtech

- Develop and executestrategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customerbase.
- Build and maintain strong longlastingcustomer relationships by partnering with them and understandingtheir needs.
- Identify emerging markets andmarket shifts while being fully aware of new products andcompetition status.
- Conduct research toidentify new markets and customer needs including attendingconferences meetings and industryevents.
- Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop materials and programs that support business developmentefforts.
- Prepare sales reports and forecaststracking key metrics to understand the effectiveness of strategiesand identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiatecontracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuringclients needs are met.
- Provide feedback to theproduct development team on market trends customer needs andproduct feedback to guide the evolution of ourofferings.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
- 24 years of proven work experience inbusiness development sales or a relevant role preferably in theEdtech industry.
- Strong communication andnegotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapportand collaborate with clients and teammembers.
- Solid understanding of the Edtechmarket and its current trends.
- Proven abilityto drive the sales process from plan toclose.
- Excellent time management andorganization skills.
- Proficient in MS Officeand CRMsoftware.
