OverviewThe Directorof Growth for Edtech sales plays a crucial role in driving thegrowth and sales strategies for the organization within theeducational technology sector. They are responsible for developingand executing sales strategies to expand the companys market shareincrease revenue and drive customer acquisition in the Edtechindustry. This role requires a strategic leader who can leveragetheir expertise to identify growth opportunities build strongrelationships with key stakeholders and drive the overall businessgrowth.Keyresponsibilities
  • Develop andimplement strategic sales plans to achieve growth and sales targetsin the Edtech sector.
  • Identify and pursue newbusiness opportunities to expand market presence and increaserevenue.
  • Lead and motivate a highperformingsales team to achieve individual and collectivetargets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and productteams to align sales strategies with product offerings and markettrends.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends toprovide insights and make informed decisions to drivegrowth.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to drive the overall growth and success of theorganization.
  • Lead strategic partnerships andalliances to drive mutual business growth and expansion in theEdtech sector.
  • Ensure compliance with industryregulations standards and ethical businesspractices.
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or a related field; Mastersdegree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a salesleader or director in the Edtech industry with a successful trackrecord of driving business growth.
  • Demonstratedexpertise in developing and executing sales strategies businessdevelopment and customer acquisition in the Edtechsector.
  • Indepth knowledge of the Edtechindustry market trends competitors and customerneeds.
  • Strong leadership and people managementskills with a proven ability to lead motivate and develophighperforming sales teams.
  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and presentation skills with the abilityto build strong relationships with internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with theability to think critically analyze data and make datadrivendecisions to drive growth.
  • Proven experience inbudgeting forecasting and sales performance analysis to track andimprove business metrics.

  • Proficiency in sales managementsystems CRM software and other relevant tools to drive saleseffectiveness and efficiency.
