Weare seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Marketing Leader to joinour team and spearhead our marketing efforts. TheMarketinglead at the reputed hospital is apivotal position in shaping and executing innovative andgrowthoriented Marketing Strategies GTM andexecution.
Inthis role you will play a critical role in shaping the strategicdirection of our marketing initiatives and driving growth for ourbrand.As the leader of our marketing teamyou will be responsible for providing vision direction and guidanceto a talented group ofMarketing Managersfostering a collaborative and highperformance culture that deliversexceptionalresults.
Theincumbent will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 78Marketing Managers overseeing the developmentandexecution of comprehensive marketingstrategies to drive brand awareness customer execution and revenuegrowth. The idealcandidate will have aproven track record of success in strategic marketing leadershiproles and a strong ability to inspire andmotivateteams to achieve ambitiousgoals.
Owningand driving end to end MarketingCharter:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies thatalignwith our business objectives and drivemeasurableresults.
Oversee the planning execution and optimization ofmultichannelmarketing campaigns includingdigital traditional andexperientialinitiatives.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including SalesProductDevelopment and Operations to ensurealignment and integration ofmarketingefforts across theorganization.
Analyze market trends consumer insights and competitiveintelligenceto identify opportunities forinnovation and differentiation inourmarketingapproach.
Champion a datadriven approach to marketing leveraging analyticsandinsights to inform decisionmaking andoptimize campaignperformance.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics providingregularupdates to senior leadership on theeffectiveness of marketing initiativesandareas forimprovement.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices inmarketingcontinuously seeking opportunitiesto enhance our capabilities anddriveinnovation.
StrategicPlanning & Execution of Quarterly MarketingPlans
1.Engage business category owners identify opportunitiesbusinesschallenge growth opportunities andanalyze customer data/insightsto arrive atquarterly Marketing goals andplans.
2.Conduct interviews surveys and discussions to graspcustomerneeds andbehavior.
3.Devise a quarterly plan across multiple categories discuss andalignwithstakeholders.
4.Convert the plans into effective Marketing GTM Channel mixandcommunication strategies andrequirements.
5.Enable timely execution with rigorous and efficient planningwiththe team andagencies.
6.Tracking implementation ROI Metrics A/B testingresultstweaking and optimizing for maximumand impactfulresults.
PeopleManagement &Development
1.Navigate a matrix structure to proactively support teammembersand overcomechallenges
2.Communicate realtime updates publish and present reviewsandshare key hits /misses/opportunities withthe team.
3.Update and refresh OKRs ensuring the reporting marketingteamhas a complete understanding and controlof their specificmarketingrole/category.
4.Regularly communicate organizational goals addressconcernspromptly and ensure team membersfeel heard andvalued.
5.Provide coaching and guidance to enhance team s performanceandencourage continuouslearning.
Education
Postgraduate degree in Business Management / HealthcareAdministration.ExperienceMinimum of 12 plus years in MarketingDomain. Manager experience of a team of 5 amust
