Director of Delivery

KeyResponsibilities:
1.Leadership and Strategy
Lead theEngineering team Establish and Scale the eCommerce practice andclient servicing operations.
Develop and executestrategies for client acquisition and retention in the eCommercedomain.
Drive innovation and optimize processes forefficient platform development and deployment.
2. Technical Expertise
Oversee the endtoend development ofeCommerce platforms for clients ensuring highquality delivery andadherence to project timelines.
Provide technicalguidance and expertise in designing and implementing robustscalable and secure eCommerce solutions.
Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration ofeCommerce platforms with client requirements. 3. Infrastructure Managementand Security
Manage internalinfrastructure information assets and IT systems to ensure smoothoperations and data security.
Implement and maintainrobust security measures and compliance standards to safeguardclient data and company assets.
Stay updated ontechnological advancements and recommend improvements ininfrastructure and security protocols. Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or relatedfield. An MBA is a plus.
10 years of experience inengineering leadership roles preferably within the eCommerceindustry or related digital domains.
Proven track recordin successfully establishing and scaling eCommerce practices andmanaging client relationships.
Strong technicalexpertise in eCommerce platform development cloud technologiessecurity and compliance.
Excellent leadership andcommunication skills with the ability to inspire and mentor adiverse engineering team.
Uptodate knowledge of industrytrends best practices and emergingtechnologies.
