Overview:
Asthe Associate Director of Sales play a crucial role in driving thesales strategy and achieving revenue targets for the organization.He/she will be responsible for leading a team of salesprofessionals developing and implementing sales plans and fosteringstrong relationships with key clients and partners to drivebusinessgrowth.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achievesales targets and expand our customerbase.
  • Building andmaintaining strong longlasting customerrelationships
  • SupervisesSalesmanagers.
  • Determinesannual and grossprofit plans by implementing marketing strategiesanalyzing trends andresults.
  • Establishessales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotasand projecting expected sales volumes andprofit.
  • Maintainssales volume by tracking changing trends economic indicatorscompetitors and supply anddemand.
  • Creatingreports on salesperformance
  • Updateaction plans and financialobjectives.
  • Identifynew markets and business opportunities to increasesales.
  • Attend alldepartment meetings hotel meetings and sales events asnecessary.
  • Achievingsales growth and sales targets by successfully managing the salesteam
  • Analyzing salesstatistics/ trends
  • Able to provide trainings and lead Salesteam.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in business administration or relatedfield
  • Previous experience in asimilar role inHospitality
  • Abilityto communicate present and influence all levels of the organizationincluding executive andmanagement
  • Provenability to drive the sales process from plan toclose.
  • Proven abilityto articulate the distinct aspects of products andservices.
  • Demonstrableexperience as head of sales developing clientfocused differentiatedand achievablesolutions.
  • Excellentlistening negotiation and presentationskills
