Designation:ProjectDirector
Location:Mapusa NorthGoa/Mumbai
Purpose:Therole will be responsible for driving and owning the entire projectlife cycle from design construction and project costs. Incumbentwill be expected to support the head of operations in running theproject operations on a daytoday basis. Including building& managing teams troubleshooting & problem solvingrunning reviews driving targets and complete time cost &quality ownership for delivery of projects.Aproven Leader who can get the design and constructions teamtogether. Candidate should be comfortable to dive into projectdetails with the team and zooming out to design the processes andsystems that will help the business to scale up. The candidateswork output is critical to the success of Isprava since thefoundation of our business is our physical locations and youroutput will directly impact the experiences of our local teams andmembers.

KeyResponsibilities:Developmentand Implementation of a BusinessStrategy
  • Build andlead strategy and execution across design preconstructionconstruction project management andprocurement
  • Handle escalations and removeproject roadblocks by weighing key stakeholderinputs
  • Work with the Head of Operations toidentify the initiatives/tasks of strategic importance andoperational improvement that need to bepursued
  • Lead cascade and communicate thestrategy into operational units and the crossteams
  • Identify and align appropriateresources
  • Support feasibility studies to newgeographies
  • Manage high level businesspartnerships
  • Demonstrate awareness oforganisation s operations and clientneeds
Budget andFinancialManagement
  • Analyzemonthly Project accounts and identify and controlvariances
  • Take appropriate action to ensureadherence to expense budgets
  • Continually seeknew ways to improve financialefficiency
  • Proactively seek to identify andmanage risk
  • Assist and support the procurementteam in contract management negotiations andclosures.
BusinessOperationsManagement
  • Supportthe Head of Operations in running the function on a daytodaybasis
  • Create a culture that is built oncontinuous learning innovation and improvement to ensureoperational excellence
  • Support decisions makingwith factbased data analysis discussions with senior management toenable timely decisions
  • Working on new businessset up or process improvement initiatives as per requirement fromtime to time
  • Take ownership of analysis ofperiodic (weekly & monthly) reporting activities and othertop managementreviews
StakeholderManagement
  • To own anddrive key initiatives & projects across functions /verticals as required
  • Conduct discussions withother Leaders/Senior Executives and come up with specific insightsand actions plans needed to drive processimprovements

KeyRequirements:
  • 15years of Project/Construction management experience in Real EstateHospitality Manufacturing orEntrepreneurship
  • 58 years of experience inbuilding managing and driving largeteams
  • Experience running operations in multiplelocations
  • Background in production operationand supply chain management from greenfield to execution is aplus
  • Experience in working and driving crossfunctional teams negotiations & stakeholdermanagement
  • Should have worked in fast pacedorganizations
