Responsibilities: 1.Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients tounderstand their needs preferences and budgetconstraints.2.Present and promote our high ASP wedding services in a compellingand persuasive manner to showcase their unique valueproposition.3.Develop customized proposals and quotations working in closecoordination with expert wedding planners based on clientsrequirements and budgetconsiderations.4.Convince clients to close sales and secure bookings for weddingservices against a pre decided token amount forbooking.5.Coordinate with internal teams including event planners vendors andsupport staff to ensure a good sales pitch which will bring theconversion percentage to industry leadingstandards.6.Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactionsand progress towards sales targets using CRMsoftware.7. Stayupdated on industry trends competitor activities and marketdevelopments to identify opportunities for growth andinnovation.8.Provide ongoing support and followup to clients throughout thewedding planning process to address any concerns and ensuresatisfaction.
Qualifications:
1.Proven experience in sales preferably within the wedding industryor any other high ASP industry or luxury servicessector.2. Developstrong knowledge of wedding services trends and vendors toeffectively advise and guideclients.3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapportwith clients and collaborate with internal teams this is nonnegotiable.4.Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesin a fastpaced result oriented startupenvironment.5.Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of achieving andexceeding salestargets.6.Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and other salestools for managing leads and trackingperformance.7.Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Hospitality or related fieldispreferred.
