JobDescription:As an InternalCRM Support Agent you will play a vital role in ensuring the smoothfunctioning of our customer relationship management (CRM) system.You will be responsible for providing technical support andguidance to internal users facilitating the effective utilizationof the CRM platform across various departments within theorganization.
Responsibilities:
  • Providetimely and accurate support to internal users facing issues withthe CRM system including troubleshooting and resolving problemsrelated to sales and marketing automation client managementcommunication channels and appointment schedulingfeatures.
  • Maintain a deep understanding ofClientFlowX CRMs features and functionalities to offer bestpractices and optimization tips to internalteams.
  • Work closely with the development teamto report bugs suggest improvements and follow up on the status ofresolutions.
  • Develop and maintain internaldocumentation such as FAQs user manuals and trainingmaterials.
  • Conduct internal training sessionsto ensure all users are proficient in using the CRM for theirspecific roles.
  • Monitor CRM usage generatereports on common issues or questions and make recommendations forsystem enhancements based on userfeedback.
  • Collaborate with the IT department toassist in API integrations system updates and ensuring datasecurity protocols arefollowed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology BusinessAdministration or related field.
  • Provenexperience in providing technical support for CRM systemspreferably mention specific CRM software ifapplicable.
  • Strong understanding of CRMconcepts functionalities and bestpractices.
  • Proficiency in troubleshootingtechnical issues and providing effectivesolutions.
  • Excellent communication skills bothverbal and written with the ability to convey technical informationclearly and concisely.
  • Ability to collaborateeffectively with crossfunctional teams andstakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with a focus ondata accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Analyticalmindset with the ability to interpret CRM data and generatemeaningful insights.
  • Experience in conductingtraining sessions or creating user documentation isdesirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM customizationand configuration is aplus.
