JobOverview:As a CRM AutomationEngineer you will be responsible for designing implementing andmaintaining automated solutions to enhance the functionalityefficiency and performance of our Customer Relationship Management(CRM) systems. Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams youwill identify automation opportunities develop workflows andleverage advanced technologies to optimize our CRMprocesses.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaboratewith stakeholders to understand CRM system requirements andidentify opportunities for automation to improve user experienceand operational efficiency.
  • Design develop andimplement automated solutions using scripting languages APIs andCRMspecific tools to streamline processes such as data integrationworkflow automation and reporting.
  • Create andmaintain automation frameworks test scripts and workflows for CRMsystems to ensure reliability andfunctionality.
  • Conduct regular evaluations ofexisting CRM processes recommending and implementing automationsolutions for improved efficiency and dataaccuracy.
  • Collaborate with software developersdata analysts and business users to integrate automated testing andmonitoring into CRM system developmentcycles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues relatedto automated CRM processes ensuring smooth functionality and userexperience.
  • Document automation processesconfigurations and best practices for CRMsystems.
  • Stay updated with CRM industry trendsand emerging technologies to propose and implement innovativeautomationsolutions.


Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRMautomation software development or a relevantrole.
  • Proficiency in programming/scriptinglanguages (Python JavaScript etc.) and experience with CRMspecificautomation tools (Salesforce Microsoft Dynamicsetc.).
  • Strong understanding of CRMarchitectures APIs data structures and systemintegrations.
  • Experience with automationframeworks version control systems and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with automation platforms( Zapier/Pabbly).
  • Experience in Domain Integrations andCross Platform Integrations usingWebhooks.
  • Experience in working withOdoo.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills andattention to detail.
  • Strong communication andcollaboration abilities to work effectively in a teamenvironment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks managetime efficiently and adapt in a fastpacedenvironment.


PreferredQualifications:
  • Bachelors/ Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • Certifications in CRM platforms(Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Microsoft Certified:Dynamics 365 etc.).
  • Experience with CRMcustomization configuration and datamigration.
  • Knowledge of business intelligencetools for CRM data analysis andreporting.
