Job Description: CRM DynamicsSenior Technical LeadPositionOverview: We are seeking a highly skilledand experienced Senior Technical Lead with expertise in CRMDynamics to join our team. As a Senior Technical Lead you will beresponsible for leading the CRM Dynamics team overseeing thedevelopment and implementation of CRM solutions and managing theoverall CRM strategy for our project. The ideal candidate will haveat least 8 to 12 years of handson experience with CRM Dynamics astrong background in software development along with team leadingskills and should have exposure to Agile Software Developmentpractices. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the CRM Dynamics teamproviding technical guidance mentoring and support to team members. Oversee the design developmentcustomization and implementation of CRM Dynamics solutions to meetbusiness requirements. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including business stakeholders developerssystem architects and system administrators to gather requirementsand ensure successful project delivery.Develop and maintain CRM Dynamics best practices standards andguidelines for application development and customization. Provide technical expertise and guidance inCRM Dynamics architecture integrations and system enhancements. Conduct code reviews ensure adherence tocoding standards and drive quality assurance practices within theCRM Dynamics team. Monitor and manage theperformance availability and scalability of CRM Dynamicsapplication and infrastructure. Collaboratewith senior management to define and execute the CRM strategyaligning it with business goals and objectives. Provide leadership in driving continuousimprovement initiatives identifying opportunities for processoptimization and automation within the CRM Dynamics ecosystem.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degreein Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield. Minimum 10 to 12 years of handsonexperience in CRM Dynamics including development customization andimplementation. Strong knowledge of CRMDynamics architecture modules and customizationcapabilities. Proficient in CRM DynamicsJava Script C#plugins PCF controls web resources. React HTMLCSS Proven experience in leading andmanaging CRM Dynamics projects and teams. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability totranslate business requirements into technicalsolutions. Strong understanding of Agilemethodology in software development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams andstakeholders. Strong organizational andtime management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks andmeet deadlines. Relevant certifications inCRM Dynamics (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365) are a plus.
