PositionOverview:
Weare seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer/Consultantto join our dynamic team remotely from Lucknow. The successfulcandidate will play a pivotal role in the design development andimplementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus oncustomer engagement field service and omnichannelexperiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaboratewith stakeholders to understand business requirements and translatethem into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365ecosystem.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementationprojects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 from requirements gathering anddesign to development testing deployment and ongoingsupport.
  • Develop and deploy custom businessapplications using Microsoft s Dynamics Power Platform includingPowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Utilize coretechnical skills such as C# SQL .Net D365 CRM SDK CRM Plugins PowerBI and Power Automate to deliver highqualitysolutions.
  • Leverage expertise in D365/DynamicsCRM modules including Customer Engagement Field Service and OmniChannel to address specific businessneeds.
  • Demonstrate intermediate to advancedknowledge of relational database concepts to ensure optimal datamanagement and integration.
  • Provide guidanceand support to junior team members fostering a collaborative andknowledgesharing environment.
  • Stay updated onthe latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features best practices andindustry trends to continuously enhance our solutions and serviceofferings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology orrelated field.
  • 4 to 11 years of handsondevelopment experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 including fulllifecycle implementation projects.
  • Provenexpertise in D365 Customer Experience Dynamics CRM PowerApps andPower Automate with a strong understanding of their technicalcapabilities and limitations.
  • Solid experiencewith core technical skills including C# SQL .Net and relatedtechnologies.
  • Strong familiarity withD365/Dynamics CRM modules such as Customer Engagement Field Serviceand Omni Channel and their respectivefunctionalities.
  • Intermediate to advancedknowledge of relational database concepts and experience with datamodeling integration andmanipulation.
  • Extensive experience and strongworking knowledge across all MS Dynamics D365 Customer Servicemodules.
  • Previous experience with MicrosoftPortals and developing solutions across Azure service offeringsincluding Azure Function Apps and Azure Web Job Development ishighly desirable.
  • Excellent communicationskills both verbal and written with the ability to effectivelyinteract with diverse stakeholders and teammembers.
  • Proven ability to work independentlyand collaboratively in a remote team environment demonstratinginitiative creativity and problemsolvingskills.
