Position:Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer ( Lead Engineer AnalystSQL) Work Model: Remote (AcrossIndia) Experience:67Years
JobDescription: TheMicrosoft Dynamics CRM Developer will be responsible for participating atan intermediate level in all phases of the development andmaintenance life cycle for Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate willhave handson experience with Dynamics CRM entities MS Dynamicsadministration workflows configuration (including UI / formdevelopment web unified client interface) security reporting /dashboards migration custom development (including Unified ServiceDesk) Omnichannel web resources data integrations and CRM solutionfile management. The candidate must have the ability to manage /prioritize multiple demands from a large user base across multipledepartments. The candidate should have deep knowledge of Dynamics365 CRM in all functional and technicalareas.
PositionResponsibilities
  • Participatingin design and architecture sessions with key business usersgathering and documenting business processes and requirements forthe system
  • Architecting the CRM system relatedcustomizations and reports to model the business organizationalprocess
  • Advising business users on bestpractices for CRM development or integrationprocesses
  • Balance business users requests andrequirements with technicalconstraints
  • Building and configuring CRM formsviews dashboards workflows and DynamicsPortals
  • Developing SSRS reports using MicrosoftSQL and FetchXML
  • Experience with D365 CDSPowerApps model automating business processes with MicrosoftFlow
  • Working with internal support members toresolve technical issues with servers ETL packages SQL SSRS andother related technologies to the internal CRMsystem
  • Maintain code repository Azure DevOpsbacklog and source control
  • Effectively utilizeSDK and 3rd party tools such as XRMToolbox for administration ofCRM system
  • Support of the application includingfixing applicationissues

PositionRequirements:
  • ABachelors degree in Business Computer Science or equivalentexperience required
  • Strong writtencommunications especially related to articulating technicalspecifications
  • 68 years of recent experiencewith Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM XRMprojects
  • Experience in customizationsJavaScript C# .NET HTML Silverlight MVC SQL Server SSRS includingplugins scripting and form creation
  • Experiencewith CRM API REST/ODATA and soapENDPOINTS
  • Strong understanding of and abilityto configure security groups roles andteams
  • Comfortable using Visual Studio AzureDevOps source control CRM SDK
  • SSIS or other ETLtechnologies usingScribe

DesiredSkills
  • Knowledge ofthe O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integratewith Dynamics CRM solutions including SharePointMobility
  • Developing Azure Logic and AzureFunctions
  • Familiarity with Data Export Serviceand Azure SQL
