  • Collaborate withmarketing and sales teams to optimize leadqualification
  • Maintain accurate records ofinteractions and lead status in the CRMsystem
  • Provide exceptional customer service andinformation to prospects
  • Meet and exceed quotasfor qualified leads andappointments
  • Participate in regular salestraining and professional developmentsessions
  • Report on activities results andmetrics to the sales managementteam
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or related field
  • Provenexperience in sales lead generation or customerservice
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask andprioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Strongunderstanding of CRM software and salesprocesses
  • Selfmotivated with a strong desire tosucceed
  • Ability to work independently and aspart of a team
