Urgent Opportunity for Area Manager

1. Store Performance
Work closely with theSuperior and Management for streamlining sales processes/strategiesand enhancing visibility of pipeline management.
Setstandards and objectives for different stores.
Verifyand ensure that processes policies and SOP are followed accordinglyin the stores.
Optimize and oversee operations to ensureefficiency. Allocate daily tasks to all the staff according to theMonthly Genering Plan.
Prepare work and visit schedulefor a month. Identify and solve gaps/issues within the stores.Visit the stores to evaluate the workflow.
theissues/escalations if any. Ensure visual merchandising guideline isfollowed on a daily basis.
Check visual merchandisingplans are executed as per specific guidelines. Ensureimplementation of promotional plans and suggesting new andinnovating promotion plan for
the area ofwork.
Ensure and monitor the stock availability in thestores. Coordinate with Distribution Centre regarding stockavailability.
Evaluate sites for opening new stores forthe purpose of business development in new regions.
Constantly review KPI to identify problems concerns andopportunities for improvement to achieve operationalgoals.

2. Data Analytics& Reports
Driving sales strategies to achieve setsales target.
Set Daily weekly and Monthly targets foreach point of sale based on the budget.
Monitor andanalyze sales considering daily/monthly target. Identify and mapstore wise sales performance.
Handle MIS across all PANIndia stores. Develop and streamline necessary reports/MISproviding the ability to surface salescritical KPIs SKU.
Convert data into insights including implications andrecommendations that are specific and actinable for theoperations.
Execute the established internal controlsystems and compile relevant data for store audits asnecessary.

3. SalesDevelopment
Ensure the expansion of sales and brandvisibility.

Collaborate with staff regardingsales targets at regular intervals. Monitor sales across stores tocheck that target are met.
Review team on monthsregarding sales objectives.
Design and execute salesimprovement plan. Identify training needs and ensureeffectiveness.
Organize meetings to discuss salesactivities and take decisions on strategies necessary forimprovement.

4. CustomerRetention
Ensure customer satisfaction by deliveringtimely and quality services.
Improve existing levels ofservice and create standards that deliver a quality customerexperience every time.
Manage standards and feedbackaccordingly.
Coordinate with different departments toensure products and support is available to the stores on time andcustomer experience is not affected.

5. People Development
Give training to thestore staff on customer service work procedures as per theSOP.
Analyze store performance against targets. PrepareKPIs & monitor them for each individual sale.
Motivate and retain manpower by rewards and incentives.
Support the staff to enable accountability for delivering goodcustomer service.
Identify the training needs to storestaff.
Arrange training and engagement sessions forstore staff based on motivation and team buildingtechniques.
Motivate and inspire the store team to meetor exceed commercial goals and KPIs.

Develops and maintainsrelationships with subadvisors and consultants.
Acts asa liaison to the investment management groups to ensure activeenthusiastic
support of the sales and marketingprocess.
Collaborates with Marketing team on product andsales materials to ensure they are current
and focusedfor the applicable presentation conference oropportunity.
Responsibilities
Identifyopportunities and develop relationships with Institutionalinvestors and investment
consultants in assignedinstitutional market channels.
Evaluate businessdynamics and strategies a longterm plan to enter new channelssectors
and category of products.
Driverevenues by building long term partnerships with Schools NgoSociety event company
or Any Marketing firm.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporateclients conducting regular
meetings and negotiations toidentify business opportunities and maximize salespotential.

Essentialprerequisites:
Excellent organizational skills includingmultitasking time management and attention to detail
Ability to handle pressure and make good decisionsquickly
Minimum 710years of professional workingexperience.
Must have demonstrated ability to createsales/relationship opportunities with clients
prospectsand consultants in assigned market segments.
