Primary andsecondary sales channel partner and distribution sales
and management for all the international sales.

Achieve sales goals countrywise.
Ensure clientele's business relationshipwith the company go smoothly

Inventory planning withimplementation of the product schemes with
productionteam.
Cultivating and maintaining relationships withclients ensuring their
satisfaction and being the gotoperson for all their needs.
Compile analyze andcommunicate daily weekly and monthly sales
data andinsights to drive business amongst existing accounts.
Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
Present sales revenue expense reports and realistic forecasts tothe
upper management team.
Act as the primarypoint of contact for the assigned Customer's
Replenishment Managers and Demand Planners.
Frequenttravel to meet clients attend industry events trade fairsand
build inperson relationships.
Locate anddefine new process improvement opportunities.
Driveidentified Initiatives to achieve the overall salesobjectives.
Identify & effectively implementMajor and Key initiatives at all levels in
the areas ofMarket Development Distribution expansion &Sales
Operation
Identify the critical/burningissues affecting sales & take remedial
action/escalate wherever needed
Continuously identify gaps inthe regular working of rep support staff
and remedy thesituation without allowing it to damage the business.
Bring focus to the business of new Products.
Be anexpert on Systems Processes Policies and BusinessModule Employment contractstandardMGE.doc 3 Impart training to field managers and employees on SPPB duringtheir
induction
Regularly collect feedback onimprovements required in SPPB
Collaborate with HO to getthe required improvements incorporated in
theSPPB
Accelerate business growth by supporting the SectorLeads with
category analysis reporting and categorystrategy recommendations to
drive growth
Responsible for delivering periodic and ondemandcategory
performance reviews and addressing adhoccustomer requests based
on internal and external datasources
Provide analytics to support key strategiccustomer engagements and
to support category assortmentand space interventions
