Job Title: Sales and MarketingHead

JobDescription:

Overview:
We seek a dynamicand resultsdriven sales and marketing head to lead our PracticeManagement Solutions division for TherapyPMS and revenue cyclemanagement in the therapy field which is focused on the US market.This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a deepunderstanding of healthcare mainly therapy services and a proventrack record in driving sales growth. Youll develop and executecomprehensive sales and marketing strategies to expand our customerbase and establish the company as a market leader in therapypractice management solutions.

KeyResponsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning &Execution:
Develop and implement sales and marketingstrategies that align with business objectives emphasizingTherapyPMS and revenue cycle management services.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities andpotential threats in the therapy field.
Collaborate withproduct development to align sales strategies with product featuresand innovations.

2. TeamLeadership:
Lead mentor and motivate ahighperforming sales and marketing team.
Foster acollaborative resultsoriented culture that encourages creativityand continuous improvement.
Set clear KPIs and monitorteam performance providing feedback and coaching asneeded.

3. SalesManagement:
Identify and pursue new businessopportunities to expand the companys customer base in the therapysector.
Build strong relationships with key clientspartners and stakeholders.
Develop pricing strategiesand negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.

4. Marketing Strategy:
Create and oversee marketing campaigns that effectively communicatethe value of TherapyPMS and revenue cycle managementsolutions.
Design targeted marketing initiatives togenerate leads and convert them into salesopportunities.
Analyze marketing data and metrics tooptimize campaigns and improve ROI.

5. Communication & Convincing:
Exhibit strong communication skills to articulate the benefits ofour solutions to potential clients in the therapy field.
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored todiverse audience needs.
Develop persuasive salesmaterials and marketing collateral highlighting key features anddifferentiators.

6. MarketExpansion:
Drive market expansion initiativesto establish a strong presence in new regions and therapy segmentswithin the US.
Stay updated on industry trendsregulations and competitors to inform strategicdecisions.

7. Reporting &Analytics:
Monitor and report on sales andmarketing performance identifying areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates to senior management on progress towardstargets.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 710 years of experience in sales and marketingleadership preferably within the healthcare or therapy practicemanagement solutions sector.
Demonstrated success inachieving sales targets and leading crossfunctionalteams.
Excellent communication negotiation andpresentation skills.
