Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns.

Craft strategies for all Marketing teamsincluding Digital Advertising Communications
andCreative.
Prepare and manage monthly quarterly andannual budgets for the Marketing
department.
Setting goals to meet desired ROI across institutions.
Design branding positioning and pricing strategies.
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across allchannels and marketing
efforts (like events emailcampaigns web pages digital campaigns and promotional
material)
Analyse consumer behaviour and determinecustomer personas.
Monitor competition (acquisitionspricing changes and new products and features)
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brandawareness
coordinating with the institutions for themarketing stock availability.
coordinating with theinstitutions for weekly review meetings

Requirements and skills
710yrs ofWork experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing preferablywithin
our industry.
Experience runningsuccessful marketing campaigns.
Solid knowledge of webanalytics and Google AdWords.
Experience with CRMsoftware.
Leadership skills with the ability to set andprioritize goals.
Candidate should also be proficient inmarketing analytics budget management and
have a solidunderstanding of digital marketing tools andtechnologies.
Analytical mind.
BSc or MSc inMarketing or relevant field
