2. Estimate the future volume by predicting howmuch of each product lines will sell in the next week month quarteror year and hence provides a projected measure of how each of themarkets (Agri Non Agri and Projects) will respond to FILsgotomarket efforts.
3. Develop effective forecast modelsbased on pipe industry trends and demand patterns andinstitutionalize monthly forecast models. 4.Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfullymanaging the sales team customizing the monthly schemes and designand implement a strategic business plan that expands FILs footholdas per tha plan for each target sectors
5. Promote thebenefits of each product category and how it helps the customerresolve their challenges or achieve their goals
6. Settargets for the Pipes & Fittings Sales department andcollaborate with the marketing and related stakeholedrs to helpmotivate the sales team in achieving the results; find prospectivecustomers and new avenues from the market Customer Needs and Loyalty 1. Lead the Customer Success Cell to handle customerinquiries and provide prompt answers to customer questions. TheCustomer Susccess Cell provides knowledgeable help to customers andgoes the extra mile in providing the correct details to customerqueries.
2. Guide and adhere to Service Level Agreement(SLA) deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly andeffectively.
3 Equip and guide the Customer Success Cellto provide detailed information about the products and servicesoffered to the customers.
4. Cultivating lastingrelationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
Manage Technologyand Sales Tools 1.Identify implement and leverage sales tools that helps the functionperform salesrelated tasks quickly easily andproductively.
2. Through automating data entry analyzingsales data streamlining processes and improving forecasting thisrole is to enhance customer engagement track performance providetraining and coaching collaborate effectively and use AI andmachine learning to make datadriven decisions.
3.Leverage full scale implementation of CRM DMS and current softwaresystems to help business easily track all communications andnurture relationships with the leads and clients.
Project Management 1. Application of project managementskills to organization wide projects entailing involvement of HeadSales Operations; also including adoption of tools and techniqueson sales to improve the sales process and achieve desiredoutcomes.
2. The broad parameters of the sales projectmanagement includes: Upgrading the sales processes Track keyproject performance indicators (KPIs) Identify critical successfactors leading to closed deals Monitor market trends Developstrategies to meet customers needs and Help liaise with Marketingfor strategic plans and campaigns.

Upskill Sales Talent 1. Plan and invest ineffective ways to upskill the sales teams by investing incapability enhancement and upskilling programs.
2. Cocreate design and implement a sales capability model to enstill anongoing certification program which embraces a hybrid model ofonthejob and blended learning linked with assessment andcertification model with clear knowledge transferparameters.
3. Link sales capability with much morereliant key performance indicators like calls/visits per day numberof demonstrations booked number of proposals generated and theallimportant win rate and amount of pipeline cover.
