Pharmacy Head

We are looking for anexperienced and knowledgeable Pharmacy Head to join our hospitalteam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeingthe pharmacy operations managing staff and ensuring the safe andefficient dispensing of medications.

ThePharmacy Head will be responsible for developing and implementingpolicies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective dispensingof medications. They will also be responsible for managing thepharmacy staff including hiring training and evaluatingperformance. Additionally they will be responsible for maintainingaccurate records and ensuring compliance with all applicable lawsand regulations.

The ideal candidate will have aBachelors degree in Pharmacy or a related field as well as severalyears of experience in a pharmacy setting. They must have excellentorganizational and communication skills and be able to workindependently and as part of a team. They must also beknowledgeable about the latest developments in the field ofpharmacy and be able to provide guidance and advice tostaff.

Work Experience

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or related field

• Licensed Pharmacist in the stateof practice

• At least 5years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting

• Knowledge of hospital pharmacyoperations policies and procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills

• Ability to workindependently and as part of a team

• Ability to manage multiple tasks andprioritize workload

• Knowledge of computer systems and software applicationsrelated to pharmacy operations

• Ability to maintain accurate records andreports

• Ability to workin a fastpaced environment

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patientinformation
