per the budgets set with the help of teammembers
Ensure sales efforts are made for wide reach tocover all potential customers in the
area/territory.
Regular field work with team members toprovide on the job training
Help in evolving salesmarketing and product/brand strategy to achieve the Top
Line/Revenue targets regionally to GMSales
Exploring newmarkets to increase the referral base in the Region
Budget planning for the Sales requirement of every financial yearto the VPSales Job Duties &Responsibilities:
Establish productive &professional relationship with key stakeholders likeSpecialist/
KOL/ Lab /Hospital /HOD/s of the strategicaccounts along with the team members
Creating awareness& product promotion to stakeholder KOL Hospital Lab
Coordinate with sales & service delivery team to meet strategicaccount objectives &
customersexpectations.
Enhance penetration of business instrategic accounts to meet the business
objectives
To effectively coordination between logisticLab Collection Centres Patient Doctors.
QueryHandling.
Proactively lead the strategic accountplanning process that develops performance
objectivesfinancial targets& profitable sales volume in assignedaccounts.
Design & create new business opportunitiesby closely working with sales team & lab. Monitor & support in implementing key marketingprograms in association with sales
team in the assignedaccounts.
To keep a thorough check on the subordinatesknowledge about the market customers
competitors andproducts in order to sell solutions and deliver exceptionalcustomer
value to predefined customerseffectively
Preparing budget Sheet for the financialyear along with the team & seniors
Periodicaltraining to the ASMs & executives as per the marketupdating
Review of team performance from time totime
Approving the daily attendance and also monitoringthe daily sales report
Approving all the travel andother related expenses for claims
Qualification:
UG B.Sc BioChemistry Botany ChemistryB.Pharma Pharmacy
PG Any Postgraduate with Bioscience orMBA/PGDM with any stream
610 years of experience inhealthcare.
Min 5 Years Sales/Marketing inHealthcare
