Senior Sales Manager

KeyResponsibilities:
1. Team Building andLeadership:
Recruit build and lead a highperformingsales team tailored to the needs of the educationsector.
Conduct ongoing training and professionaldevelopment for the team emphasizing theunique aspects of sellingto schools.
Create a culture of collaboration motivationand accountability within the sales team.
2.Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement arobust sales strategy targeting schools aligning with Coschoolsgoals and vision.
Identify and capitalize on key marketsand segments within the education sector for ourproducts.
Establish sales targets and KPIs and designincentive programs to drive team performance.
3.Market Analysis and Adaptation:
Perform thorough marketresearch to understand trends challenges and opportunities in theedtech space especially
in the context ofschools.
Adapt sales strategies in response to marketdynamics and competitor activities.
Collaborate withmarketing and product development teams to ensure our offeringsmeet market demands.
4. SalesOperations and Reporting:
Oversee daytoday salesoperations ensuring adherence to company policies and highstandards of professionalism.
Implement and manage CRMsoftware like LSQ and other sales tools such as Tata Tele forefficient tracking of
sales activities and customerengagement.
Regularly report to the Business Head onsales progress challenges encountered and strategicadjustments.
5. Relationship Building andNetworking:
Utilize and expand your existing networkwithin the educational community particularly with keydecisionmakers
in schools.
Represent Coschoolat industry events and conferences enhancing our brand presence inthe education sector.
Cultivate lasting relationshipswith schools ensuring they understand and value the benefits ofpartnering with Coschool.
RequiredSkills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in businessMarketing Education or related field.

Minimum 57 years of sales experience with aproven track record in leadership roles.

Demonstrated experience in the educationtechnology sector with a strong network in the
educational community. Excellent communication skills are a must both verbal andwritten.

Proficiency insetting up and managing CRM platforms like LSQ and familiarity withsales tools

Strongleadership interpersonal and negotiation skills.
