In so doing you should lead teams of staffensuring that you are available to furnish pertinent individualswith practical guidance as required.
Role& Responsibilities Strategically allocating budgets across various growth levers tooptimize performance and ROI. Own revenue& PnL for multiple Ecommerce Marketplaces Secondaryofftakes primaries promotions marketing visibility and operations. Responsible for the growth/ demand charterfor the categories end to end across all channels. Exploring experimenting and implementingnew growth levers and ensuring both growth and Profitabilitymetrics are met. Oversee a team ofmarketplaces & operations for multiple categories. Own the customer experience for brands onall online channels. Relationshipmanagement across all Marketplace channel partners planning formarketing budgets spent across channels. Reports to and consults with upper management and executives asneeded to help drive strategic organizational and platform growth.
DesiredExperience and Skills Education: Bachelor s Degree MBA preferred Years of Experience: 57 years in Ecommerce Preference Someone who worked for Home& Life Style brands
Shouldhave: Strong presentationskills; Excellent attention to detail. Managed multiple categories under one roof. Demonstrated strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Quickly adaptable to changing processes andrequirements. Selfstarter with the abilityto work in a fastpaced dynamic environment. Ability to interact with colleagues at all organizational levels. Strong customer facing skills with anability to interact in confidence withclients
