Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Managerwith a focus on B2B sales to lead our expanding salesteam.

As a Sales Manager - B2B, you will beresponsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans,driving revenue growth, and fostering a high-performance salesculture within the organization. This role demands a strategicthinker who can lead by example, inspire a team, and collaboratecross-functionally to achieve ambitious sales targets.

KeyResponsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans toachieve B2B sales objectives.
    • Identify andcapitalize on market opportunities, driving revenuegrowth.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieveindividual and collective sales targets.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team'sproduct knowledge and sales skills.
  3. Client Acquisition andRelationship Management:
    • Personally engage with key B2B clients anddecision-makers to build relationships and close strategicdeals.
    • Oversee the acquisition and retentionof B2B clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
  4. Sales PerformanceAnalysis:
    • Analyze sales dataand performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of salesstrategies.
    • Provide insights andrecommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Cross-functionalCollaboration:
    • Collaborate withmarketing, product development, and customer support teams to alignstrategies and enhance overall customer experience.
    • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration acrossdepartments.
  6. Budget Management:
    • Collaborate with the finance department todevelop and manage the B2B sales budget.
    • Monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation formaximum efficiency.
  7. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitoractivities, and market dynamics.
    • Utilizemarket intelligence to refine sales strategies and maintainLawyered's competitive edge.
Qualifications

1) Essential:

  • Proven track record of 5-7 years in B2B sales,with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadershiprole.
  • Strong leadership and team managementskills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and driveresults.
  • Excellent communication andnegotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in[relevant field].

2)Desirable:

  • Experiencein the Logistics & Supply Chain, legal-tech or relatedindustry.
  • Advanced degree in business or arelated field.
