This role involves strategicplanning resource allocation and operational excellence to ensurethe smooth running of all business activities. The successfulcandidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing operationalprocedures systems and principles in the areas of information flowand management business processes enhanced management reporting andorganizational planning.Responsibilities:
  • Developimplement and monitor daytoday operational systems and processesthat provide visibility into goals progress and obstacles for ourkey initiatives.
  • Build and maintainrelationships with all department heads external partners andvendors to make decisions regarding operational activity andstrategic goals.
  • Plan monitor and analyze keymetrics for the daytoday performance of the operations to ensureefficient and timely completion oftasks.
  • Devise strategies to ensure growth ofprograms enterprisewide identifying and implementing processimprovements that will maximize output and minimizecosts.
  • Uphold organization policies andstandards ensuring legislative regulations arefollowed.
  • Work closely with human resources tolead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trustinginclusive and productive environment.
  • Overseeand direct daily company administrative processes andprocedures.
  • Report to and assist the CEO insetting strategic goals objectives budgets policies and proceduresto enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyzeinternal operations and identify areas of processenhancement.
  • Directly oversee operations HR andaccounting and partner with the CEO on sales management to budgetfor sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets overthe near term.
  • Monitor performance withtracking and establish corrective measures as needed and preparedetailed reports both current and forecasting for theCEO.
  • Manage procurement processes andcoordinate material and resourcesallocation.
  • Oversee operational systemsprocesses and infrastructure while looking for opportunities ofimprovement or revision.
  • Anticipate and trackoperational and tactical risks and providing strategicsolutions.
  • Manage staff training and growththrough constructive feedback and robust performancemanagement.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatorydocuments are filed and monitor compliance with laws andregulations.
  • Work with the senior managementteam to plan and manage operationalbudgets.
  • Review and approve all operationalinvoices and ensure they are submitted forpayment.
  • Identify opportunities to streamlinebusiness processes and systems.
  • Translatestrategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helpingto implement organizationwide goal setting performance managementand annual operations planning.
  • Collaboratewith senior management to devise effective short and longterm planswhile working closely with the CEO to meet the companysobjectives.
  • Ensure that the company runs withlegality and conformity to establishedregulations.
  • Engage in key or targeted customeractivities as needed.
  • Oversee client supportprocesses and organize them to enhance customersatisfaction.
  • Regularly evaluate the efficiencyof business procedures according to organizational objectives andapply improvements.
  • Coordinate with the ITdepartment to ensure company needs are met technologically andsystems are optimized forefficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management orrelated field.
  • 5 years of experience inoperations management within a technology or softwarecompany.
  • Strong understanding of generalfinance and budgeting including profit and loss balance sheet andcashflow management.
  • Ability to build consensusand relationships among managers partners andemployees.
  • Excellent communicationskills.
  • Solid understanding of IT systems dataanalysis and performance/operationmetrics.
  • Strong leadership and organizationalskills.
