We are looking for a VP Operations role fora Heat Exchanger company Roles andResponsibilities: 1 Drive the factory operations to meet the Strategicgoals. Offering strategy building inputsand analysis to the leadership.
Guides the team inbetter planning scheduling to achieve the monthly/quarterly/Halfyearly deliverables. (Functional Heads HODs ie Productin PPC DesignMaintenance Quality PMO and Safety)
Finalise and releasethe Annual / Qtly/ Monthly Operations plan and Monthly ProductionExecution Plan considering optimization of availableresources.
Ensure complete aligning of goals withvarious operations functions.
Review daily /monthly/quarterly/half yearly / annaual production
AlertPMO / Marketing or respective department relating to gaps inproduction with mitigation plans. KnowledgeProcess Equipment manufacturing process
