Responsible for Spare partsplanning for the given Shop Lead developand implement variable cost productivity programs across all areasof responsibility Ensuring that KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs) are monitored and targets achieved Initiate and develop creative andinnovative manufacturing processes Developand maintain strong relationships with internal and externalstakeholders to ensure optimal performance Support the implementation of engineering changes production trialsmodel change and pilot build Supervise andcontrol resource effectively to support customer deliveryrequirements and also Lean Manufacturing principles Deal with personnel issues on shift includinginteraction with the Trade Union in line with Company Policy andAgreements Liaise and communicate withother departments and ensure an effective interface with ismaintained Conduct incident accident andnonconformity investigations and associated reporting and actionclosure
