SalesLeadership: ·Providevisionary leadership to sales teams, steering both B2C and B2Binitiatives towards exceeding revenuetargets. ·Collaboratesynergistically with the Zonal Head to maximize the effectivenessof sales strategies. Market & CompetitorAnalysis: ·Conductthorough market analysis and competitor assessments to informstrategic decision-making. ·Partnerwith the Zonal Head to leverage insights for a competitive edge inthe market. BusinessDevelopment: ·Spearheadnew business development initiatives, leveraging your expertise toidentify and pursue lucrativeopportunities. ·Supportthe Zonal Head in successful market launches, contributing to theexpansion of our service offerings. Strategic Alliances &Partnerships: ·Collaboratewith the Zonal Head to identify and establish strategic alliancesand partnerships. ·Overseethe effective implementation of partnership initiatives to enhanceour service capabilities. Client Acquisition and RelationshipManagement: ·Takecharge of client acquisition efforts, addressing client concernspromptly and contributing to the continuous improvement of clientrelationships. ·Workclosely with the Zonal Head to build and maintain strongrelationships with existing clients. Ownership of Company Vision &Targets: ·Assumeresponsibility for the realization of the company's vision andtargets. ·DriveAcquisitions, End-to-End Sales Pitch, identification of newpotential markets, targeting potential customers, and thedevelopment of Go-To Market strategies. Process Improvement andAutomation: ·Leadholistic business operations process improvements to enhanceefficiency and effectiveness. ·Implementautomation solutions to streamline workflows and enhance overalloperational productivity. KPI Implementation: ·Developand implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure anddrive performance excellence. ·Regularlyanalyze KPI data to identify areas for improvement and implementcorrective actions. ContinuousInnovation: ·Fostera culture of continuous innovation to stay ahead in themarket. ·Driveinitiatives for product and service enhancements, keeping pace withindustry trends.

Proven success in P&L management,sales, and new business development. Strong analytical and strategic thinkingskills, with a data-driven approach todecision-making. Excellent leadership, communication, andinterpersonal skills.
