RequiredQualificationsCharteredAccountant with 10 years experience postqualification.Must have experience in FMCGor any strong product drivenorganisations.Strong experience in Middleeast Africa markets with understanding on multicurrencytransactions.Strong experience on managingendtoend CAPEX projects across differentcountriesProven experience in financialplanning & analysis leadership roles but with knack ofgetting things done at the base level. Mustbe hands on and have a strong operationalexcellence.Strong understanding ofaccounting principles and financialregulations.Advanced proficiency infinancial modelling and dataanalysisExcellent communication andpresentation skillsAbility to thinkstrategically and provide actionableinsights.Experience in collaborating withcrossfunctional teams.Indepth knowledge ofbudgeting and forecastingprocesses.Demonstrated ability to manage anddevelop a highperforming team.Advancedproficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strongbusiness acumen and decisionmakingskills.Proven track record of drivingprocess improvements andefficiencies.Ability to thrive in afastpaced dynamic environment.Excellentanalytical and problemsolvingabilities.
