Aboutthe Role:Enablethe CEOs in strategic financial operations analysis projectmanagement investment management and decisionmaking.Responsibilitiesand Ownership:(Things that therole cannot miss)General: Be a trustedfinancial advisor to the CEO. Keep CEO updated on FinancialReporting Audit and Compliance (understand equity research analysis& Capital work to CEO & prioritize the projectbased on CEO s insights) Provide insightfulanalysis to the CEO on the impact ofequity researchanalysis and Capital projects on thecompanys financial health. Work closely withthe CEO to identify key financial priorities and initiatives. Collaborate withdepartment heads to prioritize projects ensuring resourceallocation aligns with the CEOs strategic vision. Monitor projectprogress and provide regular updates to the CEO on criticalmilestones. Develop and evaluate investment strategies identifying potentialopportunities and assessing associated risks. Conduct thoroughmarket research on stocks companies and industries to guidestrategic decisionmaking. Prepare detailedfinancial reports presentations and forecasts to supportexecutivelevel discussions and initiatives. Conduct varianceanalysis and provide actionable insights to drive performanceimprovements. Collaborate with crossfunctional departments to ensure integrationof financial data into strategic planning processes. Stay abreast ofemerging financial trends and developments offering proactiverecommendations.
FinancialAnalysis and Reporting: Conduct indepthanalysis of financial data including balance sheet revenue expensesand cash flow to provide accurate and timely reports for theCEO. Preparecomprehensive financial models forecasts and variance analysis toidentify key trends risks and opportunities. Generate regularreports and presentations for executive meetings summarizingfinancial performance and highlighting critical insights.
StrategicPlanning and Decision Support: Collaborateclosely with crossfunctional teams to assist in strategic planninginitiatives including budgeting forecasting and longterm financialplanning. Providestrategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysisto support key business decisions and initiatives. Evaluate potentialinvestments acquisitions or other strategic opportunitiespresenting findings to the CEO for consideration.
PerformanceMetrics and KPIs: Develop andmonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track businessperformance and assess the effectiveness of financial strategies. Analyze andinterpret KPI data to identify areas for improvement and presentactionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency andprofitability.
FundAdvisory: Research and recommend the founder on his personal wealthinvestment strategy.
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS:CA/CFA/MBA Finance with a track record of successfully analyzingfinancial data and providing actionable insights. Proficiency infinancial analysis tools. Stakeholder andpeople management skills. Passion forProject management. Unwaveringattention to detail ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work. Impactful verbaland written communication skills presenting complex financialinformation with clarity and conciseness. An eye onautomation of processes and active coordination with tech andproduct teams to ensure products are being launched to automatemanual and repetitive processes Strong knowledgeof accounting principles. Well versed withsoftware tools like MSOffice Power BI ERPs like Tally Prime Experience indevelopment and documenting processes SOPs documentary controls andaccounting policies to maintain and strengthen internalcontrols
