Objectiveof Hiring : City Head of Real Estate Sales Department areprofessionals who manage staff to accomplish human resourceobjectives across many different districts. This position has theability to control significant decisions recruit new customers andincrease sales by improving employee engagementtechniques.
Sales Department responsibilitiesinclude: Creating sales plansand quotas in alignment with businessobjectives Evaluating Team and individualperformances MaintainingBuilders & Developerspipeline
Jobbrief: We are looking for aHead of City with multi zone sales experience who can expand ourcustomer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts ofour company. To be successful in this role you should have previousexperience managing the sales documentation & operationwhile taking accountability for reaching targets. You should alsobe able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and setprofitable goals. Our ideal candidates combine excellentcommunication skills with a strategic mindset. Ultimately you willensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds theexpectations of our business objectives and contributes to ourcompany s success in the longrun.
Responsibilities/ Key Area Responsibilities: Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with businessobjectives Support Brand license SalesManagers. Evaluate individual performances& Follows the sales process with prospectivethoroughly. Report on zonal/regional salesresults & Forecast daily weekly monthly quarterly andannual reports with accuracy and on time to time sending it to theTop management. Reports should clearly indicate the strengths andweaknesses of the sales team and thecenters. Identify hiring needs select andtrain new salespeople Travel across Regionand Participate in decisions for expansion oracquisition Analyze regional market trendsand discover new opportunities for growthAddress potential problems and suggest promptsolutions Suggest new services/products andinnovative sales techniques to increase customersatisfaction Open to Make 1st & 2ndlevel onwards closure callings or take Virtual Meetings to/with thePotential Investors explain them about our products/services andwhat we are offering. Be the brand ambassador for particular brandsrepresented Should be able find or suggestProperty Legal View Layout Hiring Training and Marketing plan alsomake sure Successful Launch. Should be ableto close the deal and take care of the documentations &operations till Launch of the particular BusinessVertical. Works closely with the Directorsof Business Verticals or Managing Directors of FranchiseDevelopment on strategic initiatives to achievegoals The above KRA is not limited to onlythis rest will be given or change on timelybasis
KeyArea Indicators 1) Accountablefor the performance of business in the East West North &South Region ( Heading City in any one region)2) Focused towards delivering bothoperational and sales efficiency across all businesscenters3) Maximize both sales and profitpotential from the region through an engaged salesteam.4) Networking with partners such asIPCs Corporates to make FTV Brand the preferredpartner5) Provide leadership throughdedicated focus towards understanding customer & marketingrequirements & tailoring solutions to meet the everchanging requirements.6) Coach and developthe sales skills of team by continually raising the level of sales& business acumen within theCompany7) Drive the delivery of centerreadiness and customer service standards across own area ofresponsibility. Oversee the correct implementation of operationalprocesses & procedures.8) Ensure agreat customer experience in the region resulting in achieving highcustomer retention and other operationalKPI.9) Manage the activity/productivity andoverall performance of sales & operations teams. Recruittrain coach and support growth & development. Ensureindividual and team performance exceedsexpectations
Requirementsand skills Proven work 8years of experience as a Zonal Head City Head Area Head or similarsenior sales role Ability to measure andanalyze key performance indicators (ROI andKPIs) Understanding of store Sales &operations Ability to lead and motivate ahigh performance sales team who have worked on Mandatesales Excellent communication skills withIndustry knowledge Strong organizationalskills with a problemsolving attitudeAvailability to travel as needed Graduate orMBA in a related field is desired or Bachelor degree in SalesBusiness Administration or relevant fieldAble to travel Will attend trade shows conduct market visits withprospects as necessary.
