JobDescription:
Weare currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Headto lead our sales team in the solar PV industry. As the Sales Headyou will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our salesoperations driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track recordof success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of thesolar energysector.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Developand implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve companyobjectives and revenue targets in the solar PVindustry.
- Lead mentor and motivate a team ofsales professionals providing guidance support and training tomaximize their potential andperformance.
- Establish sales objectives quotasand KPIs in alignment with organizational goals and monitor teamprogress towards meeting and exceedingtargets.
- Identify new business opportunitiesand market segments for expansion leveraging industry trendscustomer insights and competitiveintelligence.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with key clients partners and stakeholdersrepresenting the company as a trusted advisor and solutionprovider.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally withmarketing product development and operations teams to drive productinnovation enhance customer value propositions and optimize salesprocesses.
- Stay abreast of industrydevelopments regulatory changes and emerging technologies providingstrategic insights and recommendations to seniormanagement.
- Prepare and present regular salesreports forecasts and performance analyses to executive leadershiphighlighting achievements challenges and opportunities forimprovement.
- Lead by example through activeparticipation in sales activities customer meetings and industryevents fostering a culture of excellence integrity and continuousimprovement within the salesorganization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or arelated field.
- 45 years of progressiveexperience in sales leadership roles preferably in the solar PVindustry or renewable energysector.
- Demonstrated success in developing andexecuting strategic sales plans driving revenue growth andachieving business objectives.
- Strongleadership and team management skills with the ability to inspiremotivate and empower individuals to excel in a fastpaced andcompetitive environment.
- Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonal skills with acustomercentric approach and a focus on building longtermrelationships.
- Proven analytical abilities withthe capacity to analyze market data identify trends and developactionable insights to informdecisionmaking.
- Proficiency in CRM softwaresales analytics tools and Microsoft Office suite for sales trackingreporting and forecasting purposes.
- Willingnessto travel as needed to meet with clients attend industryconferences and visit regionaloffices.
