Spearhead the Business DevelopmentActivities Strategic working on Technical capability andrelationship with customers.

Team DevelopmentSupport and Build Competency of team

TeamManagement achieving objectives by showing the way and leading fromfront.

Proper delegation leadership and workingwith the team members in alignment to the objectives.

Systemizing Organizing and giving professional shape tosales and marketing dept reporting system feedback analysismeetings reviews etc

Targeting Elimination ofCompetition on strong technical and application grounds andbuilding case in our favour with excellent interpersonalskills.

Sales Promotion activities Activelyparticipating in Seminars Conferences & Getogethers andorganizing them whenever required.

RepresentingOrganization in forums exhibitions and govt sponsored strategymeets
