North America Partnership Development Lead

The Partnership Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partners across North America. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration that aligns with our business goals.
Main Responsibilities- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for partnership growth and development.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership efforts with company goals.
- Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements.
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership status, performance, and outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing partnership effectiveness.
The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles. A proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing channel partners is essential, along with experience working with North American markets.
