Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in North America. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for processing weekly and semimonthly payrolls, including pay adjustments and validations.

You will also address employee queries and requests related to pay calculations and adjustments, process W2 year-end activity, perform pre and post-payroll audits and reconciliations, and manage escalations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, flexibility to work in rotational shifts, and experience with Oracle payroll/ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, or ADP.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of work experience in payroll or a related field
  • Corporate finance experience with MNCs/GICs, preferably in the retail industry
  • Experience with North American payroll, especially year-end exposure and weekly payrolls

A competitive salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
