Job Title: Compensation Specialist for EMEIA Payroll

Ingersoll Rand, a global market leader in innovative technologies, is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our EMEIA Payroll shared service center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining payroll-related data for various groups of employees on a monthly basis in South Africa & Middle East (UAE/ Bahrain).

About the Role:
As a Compensation Specialist, you will play a vital role in arranging and processing monthly payroll for all Shared Service customer companies. You will also clarify payroll-related General Ledger accounts and work closely with the payroll and time & attendance teams. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service to companies whose payments are handled by our Shared Service Center and serve as a backup for other Payroll Coordinators in SSC.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll-related data for multiple employee groups on a monthly basis
* Process monthly payroll for all Shared Service customer companies
* Clarify payroll-related General Ledger accounts
* Collaborate with the payroll and time & attendance teams to ensure seamless operations
* Provide top-notch customer service to companies handled by the Shared Service Center
* Serve as a backup for other Payroll Coordinators in SSC

Requirements:
* 5-10 years of experience in a global Payroll environment (South Africa & Middle East (UAE/ Bahrain))
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Professional degree
* Experience in Payroll processes and a process-driven environment
* English language skills at a business level
* Ability to travel is not required for this role
