About the Role: We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our partnership efforts in North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships, as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Partner Onboarding: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partnership performance metrics.

Requirements: 3-7 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles. Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing channel partners. Experience working with North American markets is mandatory.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum (dependent on experience), location-based benefits, and stock options available.
