Business Development Professional for North America Market

Role Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Representative to join our North American market expansion efforts. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying revenue opportunities, working closely with Account Executives to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel our sales pipeline.
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists for North America (companies with 50-99 employees).
- Research and build cold accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling, LinkedIn InMails, and video prospecting.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Compensation Package
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Business Development experience in the SaaS space (new business development, cold calling, planning/strategy).
- A track record in prospecting the North American market and international experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy and a positive attitude.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Working Hours and Location
This is a hybrid role, and the BDR should be willing to work from 7 pm to 4 am IST for North America and relocate to Bangalore or Chennai if needed.
