Senior Business Development Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Lead to join our North America team. In this role, you will lead a team of Account Managers in shaping and delivering strategies for managing Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) North America vendors. You will collaborate with Selling Partners to explore innovative ways to identify and execute new selection, merchandising, and operational improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead a team of Account Managers, prioritizing strategic initiatives and providing escalation support as needed.
- Manage end-to-end goal setting for the team to align with organizational goals.
- Build relationships with Selling Partners across the portfolio, proactively building joint business plan action items and acting as a point of escalation for outstanding issues, questions, and concerns.
- Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of Selling Partners in an ever-changing business environment.
- Contribute to and lead strategic plans and documents for the organization.
- Lead recruiting and hiring efforts across direct team and broader organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of team management experience
- MBA
Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
