**Job Overview**

At Datamatics, we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Lead to spearhead our sales efforts in the IT and Digital Services sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends, competitor landscape, and customer buying cycles. With at least 15 years of experience in sales, they should have a proven track record of generating new business, acquiring new customers, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to closure, including networking, presentation, negotiation, and follow-ups.
  • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs, anticipating possible escalations and keeping the sales team posted for timely intervention.
  • Contribute to overall sales growth strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 15 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 10 years selling IT and Digital Services within the Indian market.
  • Experience working with offshore delivery teams is preferred.

**Compensation Package:** The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
