Fincrif India is looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the lending space and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the mid-size and growing banking/NBFC segments.
- Manage and grow assigned accounts through relationship building and cross-selling opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities in the BFSI software product/services domain.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams to align client requirements with product capabilities.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in BFSI software product/services sales.
- Proven expertise in BFSI software sales, preferably in the lending space.
- Strong understanding of the banking and NBFC sectors.
- Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and negotiations.
