Job Description
Fincrif is seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Partnerships Manager to drive sales growth and partnership development in the lending space. This role involves developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and manage existing relationships.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in BFSI software product/services sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the banking and NBFC sectors is essential, along with proficiency in Tamil. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to manage client relationships and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the mid-size and growing banking/NBFC segments.
- Manage and grow assigned accounts through relationship building and cross-selling opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities in the BFSI software product/services domain.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to align client requirements with product capabilities.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in BFSI software product/services sales.
- Proven expertise in BFSI software sales, preferably in the lending space.
- Strong understanding of the banking and NBFC sectors.
- Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and negotiations.
Estimated Salary: ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum
