We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager - Sales to lead our sales efforts in the BFSI industry. If you have a passion for driving business growth and developing new relationships, this could be the ideal role for you.
About the PositionIn this role, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the BFSI software product/services domain. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Deliverables- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the BFSI industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with product capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 4-8 years of experience in BFSI software product/services sales.
- Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, including the banking and NBFC sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
