**Job Overview:**

Bahwan CyberTek is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving business development and growth through identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Salary:

$80,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of successful solution sales in a business-to-business environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as a strong understanding of CPA industry needs and pain points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CPA firms and other businesses
  • Deliver presentations and pitches to prospects and clients
  • Coordinate with offshore units for staffing and service delivery
  • Familiarity with accounting terms and industry language
  • Experience working with outsourcing firms
  • Proven sales performance and capability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commercial sense

Requirements:

  • 3-15 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune
