Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Overview:

We are a leading IT Professional/Staffing Services company with a strong presence in the US market. Our goal is to acquire new customers and expand our existing customer base to achieve significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships
  • To identify and pursue business opportunities in the US market, leveraging local market knowledge and network contacts
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, driving business growth and expansion
  • To act as a liaison between clients and recruiting delivery teams, ensuring seamless communication and positive customer relations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-15 years of experience in selling professional services or staffing services in the US market
  • A proven track record of acquiring new customers and growing existing relationships
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Local market knowledge and strong network of contacts/accounts
