Strategic Business Growth Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Director to help Ciklum expand its presence in the Manufacturing space.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and delivering against sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new client acquisition strategies to drive Ciklum's revenue growth in the target vertical.
- Lead early-stage discussions and pitches, developing them into meaningful opportunities.
- Research and develop a strategic target account list.
- Establish relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at target clients.
- Assume a leadership role in proposal kick-off, storyboard, and win theme sessions.
- Ensure pipeline quality and quantity in CRM and follow Ciklum's sales process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify suitable opportunities.
- Build compelling value propositions to support the business development process.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in selling complex software development services to the US market.
- Previous exposure to digital product design, application development, and modernization services.
- Proven track record of success in selling high-value complex deals within the target vertical.
- Expertise in interacting with C-Level Executives and conveying the value proposition of Ciklum's services.
- Possess significant experience in bid campaign management and able to demonstrate the ability to take a lead role in opportunity qualification and win strategies.
