About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Director to help Ciklum expand its presence in the Manufacturing space.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and delivering against sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new client acquisition strategies to drive Ciklum's revenue growth in the target vertical.
  • Lead early-stage discussions and pitches, developing them into meaningful opportunities.
  • Research and develop a strategic target account list.
  • Establish relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at target clients.
  • Assume a leadership role in proposal kick-off, storyboard, and win theme sessions.
  • Ensure pipeline quality and quantity in CRM and follow Ciklum's sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify suitable opportunities.
  • Build compelling value propositions to support the business development process.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in selling complex software development services to the US market.
  • Previous exposure to digital product design, application development, and modernization services.
  • Proven track record of success in selling high-value complex deals within the target vertical.
  • Expertise in interacting with C-Level Executives and conveying the value proposition of Ciklum's services.
  • Possess significant experience in bid campaign management and able to demonstrate the ability to take a lead role in opportunity qualification and win strategies.
